Loft Conversion and Infill Extension in Islington

Ground Floor Wrap-Around Extension

On the ground floor, we designed a wrap-around extension to the outrigger, featuring an asymmetrical roof. This design allowed for a lower boundary wall height, minimizing any potential impact on neighboring properties while still maximizing internal space.

A Thoughtfully Designed Loft Conversion

To maximize the available space, we proposed a loft conversion featuring a striking zinc-clad dormer. This addition provided a spacious new bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort. To maintain the character of the property while ensuring ample natural light, front-facing roof lights were incorporated into the design.
