Our Role in the Project

3. Building Regulation Drawings & Consultant Coordination

Once planning approval was secured, we prepared detailed building regulation drawings to ensure the extension met all structural and safety requirements. We also coordinated with other consultants, including structural engineers and energy assessors, to ensure everything was build-ready. This level of detail allowed the builder to proceed smoothly with construction, with no unexpected delays.
