Client Requirements

The clients existing rear conservatory to be removed to make way for a single storey rear extension. More space/storage was needed so a utility room and shower room were a must, separated by internal pocket doors.

A ‘TV Room’ was created with double doors out onto the garden and skylights in the roof to add light to the rear of the property.

Planning Consent

Building Regulations

The design complied to Building Regulations and included a structural design by our recommend engineers.

Other Requirements
