Approval for Bungalow Extension in Welwyn and Hatfield
We are thrilled to announce that our client has received approval for an extension to their bungalow in the borough of Welwyn and Hatfield. This extension will provide the occupants with a larger and more modern kitchen, as well as an open plan kitchen-living space, which will fix the issues of the existing layout with a detached kitchen that prevented the occupants from spending time together.
In addition to the new kitchen and living area, the extension will also include a new patio area, which will connect the extension to the garden. This new outdoor space will provide a great opportunity for the occupants to enjoy their garden and the beautiful surroundings.
The bungalow will also be updated with a larger bathroom and a roof light, which will drop light into the open plan space. This will provide a brighter and more welcoming atmosphere, making the bungalow feel even more like home.
