We recently designed a double storey side extension for one of our clients and successfully obtained approval from Enfield Council. This project is quite extensive, as it involves converting the garage into a multi-functional space that can be used as a home office or bedroom, and adding a shower room to the ground floor. The design we created maximizes the use of space and provides the client with more functional areas.
On the first floor, the extension project will transform the small box bedroom into a spacious double, providing the occupants with much needed space. Additionally, we have included a fourth bedroom behind the main living area, which will provide even more space and versatility to the home. The first floor extension also allows for an increased amount of natural light to flow into the home, creating a brighter and more inviting atmosphere.
Our design for this double storey side extension is a result of our commitment to providing our clients with innovative and practical solutions that meet their needs.
