We are excited to announce that we have recently obtained planning for a complex loft conversion. This project, which was approved under a full householder application, will involve raising the ridge of the building to create two new bedrooms at the loft level. These bedrooms will feature roof lights, allowing for plenty of natural light to flood in. In addition to the bedrooms, the conversion will also include an enlarged hallway, providing more space and better flow throughout the upper level of the home.
