We are delighted to share one of our recent approved extensions in New Malden, in the borough of Kingston Upon Thames.
This extension, approved by the London Borough of Kingston, promises to significantly enhance our client’s living space. Our design aimed for a seamless integration with the existing structure, prioritising natural light, garden connection, and improved functionality.
Large windows, skylights, and glass doors flood the space with natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere closely linked with the outdoors.
The extension seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining, and living areas, encouraging a sense of togetherness and making it perfect for gatherings and hosting guests. We also added a new WC and utility space, improving practicality and convenience in daily life.
The design ensures a clear view of the garden, blurring the line between indoor and outdoor living.
With approval from the London Borough of Kingston secured, we’re now moving into the technical phase to obtain further necessary approvals for a smooth project progression.
In conclusion, by prioritising natural light, open living, and a strong connection to the outdoors, we’ve turned this space into a sanctuary our client will cherish for years to come.
